หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Plan and coordinate project milestones, billing timelines, and documentation flow with internal departments.
• Monitor project progress and prepare regular status updates for management.
• Organize meetings and ensure follow-up on agreed actions between internal and external stakeholders.
• Support administrative work, including project files, contract, purchase orders, and quotations.
• Evaluate project performance and suggest improvements for process efficiency.
• Conduct customer satisfaction surveys related to maintenance service and project delivery.
• Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify key trends and areas for improvement.
• Summarize survey results and provide reports with improvement recommendations to management.
• Coordinate with sales and service teams to implement corrective actions and improve customer experience.
• Maintain feedback records and track changes in customer satisfaction over time.
