หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Qualifications:- • Aged 30 years up • Bachelor’s Degree in any field • At least 5 years experience working in a retail, department store environment or related field. • Energetic, active and pleasant personality • Willing to take a hands on approach and work at a ground level to develop solutions for each problems or issues which may rise on a daily basis • Excellent English communication skills. Some understanding of Chinese or Japanese is an advantage. Philippines or foreigners who able to communicate in English and/or mandarin would be advantage. • Understand of cross-cultural and service minded • Strong problem-solving skills • Possesses positive attitude, and trustworthy • Pleasant personality with clean and neat appearance • Able to work 6 days per week. Skills:- • Being able to effectively lead teams • Being able to manage stressful situations • Being work flexible hours and able to work on weekends • Being able to maximise customer satisfaction • Being able to communicate effectively • Being able to work with numeric data • Being focused and motivated • Being able to mentor employees and develop a team with high leadership skill • Being proactive • Being able to use the computer and understand POS systems • Being professional and amenable at all times
