•   Main duties and responsibilities   Business: Communicate to all shop managers in the assigned area. Make sure that all managers have a clear understanding of their target. Set up shop management plan to ensure expense is in the budget or as planned. Monitor and do shop audit on shop performance and measure the achievement of target. Solve problem and provide proper direction to increase profits to the shop. Sales: Communicate, monitor, and follow up to ensure implementation effectiveness of marketing program as well as execution of new products and other public relations program. Understand sources of sales and sales mixed. Consider local sales marketing (LSM to increase sales if need). People: Set up manpower plan at shop manager level. Recruit and select qualified shop manager based on shop need. Ensure that all team members are well trained and passed all training processes that they can effectively perform work as per the operational standard. Coach and develop leadership skills of shop managers and make sure that they can applied knowledge and skills to enhance business performance. Customer: Create awareness and recognition to ensure 100% customer satisfaction at all time: Handle customer complaints. Monitor and maintain the highest level of service standard to ensure customer satisfaction. Set up customer relationship network to build up our NaRaYa Brand well know in the located area. Others: Take care for NaRaYa Shop in Thailand Follow the strategy from top management and expand to each shop to proceed in the same way Take care of customer service staff in each branch to be capable to take care thoroughly our customer Take care of sales target in each branch Take care for customer complaints Respond product stock in each branch to be convenient Preserve correctly the income Organize the quantity of products in shop and check stock of each branch to be sufficient to customer needs Maintain for shop display Take care for cleaning and loss prevention Take care for cash keeping Perform other related duties as required.     ทำงาน 6 วัน / สัปดาห์ ทำงานเสาร์และอาทิตย์ หยุดวันธรรมดา 1 วัน  สวมยูนิฟอร์ม
