* Work with Marketing Manager to develop brand plan that are in line with the corporate brand strategy and monitor the achievement of objects. Translate these objectives into activity / promotion / IMC plan * Manage brand NaRaYa to deliver the sales, margin and profit as plan. Therefore, she/he has to control the expenditures along the year * Drive brand growth both share of market and sales through the monthly monitoring brand performance and initiate the brand solution * Ensure the brand investment is optimized with the effective plan and continually evaluate the plan with the ROI mindset * Work effectively with cross functional teams: Sales, Legal, etc. * Lead agency to develop great marketing activities with the excellent brief and guiding brand requirements to ensure having the high quality result of those marketing activities: advertising campaign, packaging development, etc. * Support other team member on assigned tasks
