Demand Analyst Supervisor

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Perform as control center of sale / commercial / supply / finance teams on demand sale forecasting part • Set up forecasting process and meeting to review and refine the number with sale team for best accuracy • Working with sale, marketing and trade marketing to obtain and ensure timely and accurate future promotion activities plan and calendar are reflected and included in sale forecast • Set up and analyze historical sale and promotion data in supporting sale forecast effectiveness • Perform sale trend analysis to recommend forecast adjustment required to achieve customer service levels and stock target while minimizing inventory risk • Identify trend variance to understand demand forecast drivers in support of potential sale opportunities and risks • Perform root cause variance analysis to sale team and ensure it’s been resolved in order to reduce forecast error • Update financial team with the realistic phasing both ex-dis and ex-fac sale volume for submitting re-forecast and budget number proposal • Participate in demand review meeting, pre-S&OP; meeting, Commercial activity meeting and other related meeting

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Bachelor Degree • 3 – 4 years’ experience in demand / sale forecast • Commercial management experiences • Knowledge of market, products & customers • Analytical Skills & Execution excellence • Good Interpersonal Skills & Collaboration
