1. Manage and monitor production team to achieve target performance (Cost, leadtime, Defects and Delivery). 2. Adopt knowledge and technology from a partner company in China and translate, transfer, communicate to the team under supervision 3. Establish product development process and production process of new technology that ensure speed and efficiency. 4. Manage and monitor product development process and manage factory operations according to established company policy and implement plans and strategies. 5. Create and control operators shifts schedule with optimum staffing level. 3. Monitor all production related safety and security systems and procedures on a regular basis. 4. Ensure a safe, clean and secure working environment by establishing and enforcing procedures, rules and regulations. 5. Ensure compliance with Quality procedures, Company standards, Local regulations, all pertinent corporate, state and licensing requirements. 6. Actively supports all continuous improvement efforts throughout the factory. 7. Implement and monitor Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and 5S to analyze new or alternative ways to improve operations. 8. Monitor predetermined preventative maintenance measures designed to minimize equipment related downtime. 9. Prepare operating budget and initiate fixed capital requests. 10. Direct and maintain activities designed to achieve and maintain high employee morale 11. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Good Command in English (Mandarin Chinese language will be advantage) 5. Self-motivated with good leadership qualities and ability to manage people 6. Experience in garment manufacturing is not necessary. 7. Available to training or work aboard occasionally.
