• Oversee and manage all Physical Security operational activities with primary responsibility for Life Safety and Asset Protection across the business. Ensure employee compliance with our standards. • Assist in developing, maintaining, and implementing security emergency management procedures and plans. Provide oversight for day-to-day operations of the security team. • Support in implementing safety and security awareness programs. Responsible for employee Safety, Security, Health & Life safety. •Conduct accurate and timely risk assessments of operations, conduct security audits and risk assessments of BD premises and recommend appropriate mitigation strategies. • Assist Facilities & Local safety Liaison to integrate localized environmental health safety guidelines, programs & training.
