Asst. Sales Manager (Flexible Packaging) ประจำนิคมสินสาคร

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Manage and achieve monthly and annual sales targets
• Develop and implement sales strategies and business plans
• Build, train, and lead a high-performing sales team
• Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and KPIs.
• Report sales performance and provide recommendations to Sale manager

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Thai nationality, age 35 years old up
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years’ experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a managerial role (experience in Flexible Packaging or related industry is required).
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
• Analytical, result-oriented, and able to work under pressure
• Good command of English (written and spoken).
• Have own car and driving license
• Computer literacy in MS office
