Executive Secretary (ประจำโรงงานสินสาคร)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Maintain executive’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences etc. - Attend meetings and keep minutes - Receive and screen phone calls and redirect them when appropriate - Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.) - Make travel arrangements for executives - Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure - Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible - Conduct research and prepare presentations or reports as assigned

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Thai nationality,Female, 34-40 years old - Bachelor’s degree or higher in any related fields - 3 years of working experience in secretary area - Dynamic person, high responsibilities and Positive thinking - Excellent interpersonal skills and good attitude - High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability - Good command of English both spoken and written (Toeic score 600 up) - Proficiency in MS office
