Sales Engineer

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Provides expertise and support to sales teams to communicate products, services, and client needs. - Using technical skills to demonstrate to potential customers the usefulness of the product or service and how it may suit the customer better than competing products. - Support sales executives with solution selling into prospect account base. - Effectively communicate client needs to the R&D teams for future product enhancements. - Proposes improved materials or products to customers and explains the benefits of changes. - Ensures that customer needs are met, which may include product modifications. - Maintain sales forecasting reports. - Document account activities, generate reports, and keep records of business transactions with customers and suppliers. - Achieving sales objectives, accomplishing management metrics, and providing accurate forecasting.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Engineering or related fields. - Have computer skills in MS Office. - Good command of English and computer literacy. - Good Presentation skills, Time Management skills, Sales skills, and Leading and influencing.
