Business Analyst (IT)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Analyze and collect requirements to develop business systems & users with related systems to in line with the strategy plan. • Understand what user journey need, business analyze and design following requirement and transform to technical solution, and pass these requirements to the developers. • Work as part of “Tech team” to deliver appropriate solutions to the business in terms of business and system analysis to meet project requirements. • Assist in enforcement of project deadlines, schedules, and methodologies. • Work on the project to meet project objectives on time and agreed with quality standards. • Gather, define, document, and translate high-level business requirements to come up with project plan, and detailed functional specifications with a proper sign-off process. • Coordinate and communicate with end-users, management, staff and vendors on project issues and status. • Verify functional, accuracy, and completeness of the requirements to ensure objectives are being met (analysis, test, and UAT, demonstration and inspection) • Conduct testing process, data migration and training system to end user • Ensure compliance to IT standards, policies, and procedures.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Thai age 30-40 years’ old • Bachelor or Master's Degree in IT, MIS, Computer Science or IT Business • At least 5-10 years’ experience in Business Analyst, or System Analyst • Experience managing business requirements, designing UX/UI against business requirements. • Well know the software development process SDLC, Agile framework, and emphasize documentary of the development process • Experiences in ERP, CRM, BI, BPM and Collaborative interface design tool. • Good interpersonal and consultative skills, positive thinking, strong analytical, Adaptive, and Problem-Solving issues. ส่งประวัติมาที่ Recruitgroup@tvdirect.tv
