Develop and execute TVDH's affiliate and KOL marketing strategy Identify and recruit new affiliates and KOLs Develop and manage affiliate programs Recruitment campaign: persuade creators to join campaigns on the platform. Provide ongoing live streaming support on strategic events. Monitor real-time voucher performance and provide timely strategic recommendations to optimize creator's performance. Track and analyze the performance of affiliate and KOL marketing campaigns Optimize affiliate and KOL marketing campaigns for maximum ROI Build and maintain relationships with affiliates and KOLs Stay up to date on the latest trends and best practices in affiliate and KOL marketing Consider for using KOL/Influencers, affiliates and non-affiliates relationships that will be impacted to the business. Work closely with KOLs to create compelling content, including articles, blog posts, webinars, and social media content. Ensure that KOL-generated content aligns

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. 1+ years of experience in digital marketing, affiliate marketing, or KOL marketing preferred but not required Familiarity with Thailand's influencer and KOL landscape Excellent sale & communication skills Strong creativity and innovative thinking skills Ready for change and very adaptive
