หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Processing an Import shipments as per shipping instruction this will included coordinate with oversea offices, other stations and carrier
• Ensure a smooth booking, documentation and invoicing process
• Good responsible for they own job and ability to handle situations.
• Preparing shipping docs (Bill of lading, Pre-Alert)
• Co-ordinate with related department/division for smooth operation.
• Issue Debit / Credit note and Invoice.
• Able to communicate in Chinese.

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Able to communicate in Chinese.
• Age between 22 – 40 years old.
• 1-3 year experience or over in import-export field, or logistics field.
• Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• Good command of Microsoft office tools especially Excel.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Male or female
