Major responsibilities: • Coordinate with Marketing Supervisor and Business Development in order to optimize the campaigns to increase numbers of sales • Support to Marketing Supervisor and Business Development to continuous management of sales performance according to marketing strategies and policies • Assists in preparing annual marketing strategic and business plan for plan input, compile data input in retail sales target • Responsible for marketing and sale artworks • Support to marketing survey studies • Create of e-mail newsletters and text alert with appropriate channel(s) • Managing Q&A sessions with customers by phone, email, and an online chat service and also ensure them are appropriately responded in a timely manner. • Monitoring customers’ satisfaction with the services on offer. • Coordinate with properties (hotels, accommodations, etc.) in terms of contract and agreement including maintain business relationship • Maintain good relations with in-house departments (marketing, business, reservation, etc.) • Support implementation of the organization’s strategies • Other tasks as assigned

Qualifications: • Male / Female. • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Hospitality or related field or having experience related with • Having at least 2 years’ of experience in hospitality/service industry • Online business/hospitality background is valuable • Good negotiation and communication skills • Pleasant personality, good attitude with serviced mind are highly concerned • Good command of English and computer literacy • Ability to handle workload pressure • Passion to work in travel industry
