IT Support

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Routine support such as troubleshooting computer and Microsoft outlook, Microsoft office, window and other for job assign.
• Checking Network, Access Point, CCTV, File Server, Internet, Firewall
• Checking and maintenance all IT hardware and system such as Access Point, CCTV, File Server, Internet, Firewall by properly schedule or plan.
• Backup files from FTP Servers (Linux system, now placed at Cyber World Tower) at least one time per month.
• Backup files for Installation project (Windows system, placed in office server room)3.7 Checking Specs and Quota for FTP Server
• Record use Internet Network
• Preventive and corrective maintenance FTP Server
• Create username / password and provide space appropriately of FTP server for projects as request.
• In case of procurement, find new suppliers and request quotation to compare price and services before submit to MD for approval.
• Check office internet usage on all Download and Upload, summary usage to report MD monthly
• Take care all network of company to be safe from Virus and all cyber atteck strictly.
• Daily check internet speed and readiness of internet rounter to be ready for usage each day.
• Install hardware supplies such as Lan, CCTV, printer, telephone, fax machine, router etc.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• เพศชาย สัญชาติไทย
• อายุ 25-35 ปี
• ปริญญาตรีสาขาคอมพิวเตอร์ ไอทีหรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• มีประสบการณ์ทำงานทางด้าน IT อย่างน้อย 2 ปี
