RF Project Manager/Team Leader

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Support Routine drive test and optimization activities such as Benchmarking drive test, features trial, worst cell analysis, Basic RF Basic KPI improvement. Analyze the KPI, Problem areas RF Tuning, propose solutions with customers to meet the KPI Target. Output report according to the agreed template within the SLA target
• Support VIP complaints and assurance. support special requests from customers such as special events, drive test and analyses problems, propose solutions with customers and output report within the SLA target
• Top worst cell identification and handling.
• Support external interference source hunting, identify the sources and output the report
• Regular Check Engineering Parameters, related network parameters, alarms and monitor cell resources, to pre-check network condition before drive test and for quick problem analysis and solutions
• Managing the whole project delivery process and mobilizing resources to ensure the achievement of project goals.
• Coordinating customer and internal resources for the flawless execution of projects
• Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
• Weekly update the progressive report project as milestone to PD and MD, and also find strategy to solve the problem and any other issue to offer in the meeting.
• Monitor and control the project revenue and expense to be most effective.

• เพศชาย หญิง อายุ 25-45 ปี
• มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Team Leader 3-5 ปี
• มีประสบการณ์สายงานด้านโทรคมนาคม
• สามารถทำงานได้ทุกพื้นที่
• มีความรู้ความเข้าใจงานเทสสัญญาณ RF
