หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Project Management: Develop and execute project plans, lead cross
• Functional teams, and manage timelines and resources.
• Solar Expertise: Oversee solar projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Telecommunications Management: Handle RF and TE projects, coordinating site surveys, equipment installation, and integration.
• Financial Oversight: Implement cash management strategies, monitor budgets, and prepare financial reports.
• Stakeholder Communication: Maintain regular updates with clients and team members, fostering strong relationships.
• Risk Management: Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure smooth execution.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, or Finance (a master’s degree in MBA is a plus)
• 5+ years of project management experience in telecommunications (experience in solar is a plus)
• Strong understanding of telecommunication standards and solar technologies.
• Capable of managing project budgets, cost management, and ensuring profitability.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
