Project Manager (RF)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Manage the entire project delivery process and mobilize resources to ensure the achievement of project goals.
• Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
• Provide weekly progress updates to the PD and MD on project midentify strategies to resolve problems, and address any issues during meetings.ilestones,
• Monitor and control project revenue and expenses to ensure maximum efficiency.
• Identify and mitigate related risks while solving problems during project delivery.
• Ensure customer satisfaction in project delivery and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Measure project and team performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
• Perform cost analysis, monitoring, and optimization management for the project.
• Support the company’s project bidding processes.
• Perform other responsibilities or tasks as required by the company.
• Coordinate with customers and internal resources for the flawless execution of projects.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronic, Telecommunication Engineering Technology or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of project manager experience in telecommunications (experience in RF).
• Knowledge in the areas of resentment management Project team director.
• Strong RF management skills, including coordinating and completing projects on time, within budget, and within scope.
• Cluster ownership and handling of customer complaints.
• Good command in English.
