Project Manager – AI & Innovative Products

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Lead and manage AI-driven and innovative product development projects from conception to completion.
• Develop project ToR (Terms of Reference) and clarify requirements with suppliers.
• Understand and develop software design structures, including architecture, components, and interfaces.
• Oversee AI model training, testing, and performance evaluation.
• Possess deep expertise in various AI/ML techniques including deep learning, computer vision (e.g., ROS, CNN, YOLO), reinforcement learning, natural language processing (NLP), and predictive analytics.
• Collaborate with AI specialists and engineers to design controllable AI solutions.
• Guide and manage software engineers, and subcontractors.
• Monitor project costs and allocate resources effectively to ensure profitability.
• Conduct presentations for customers and suppliers to demonstrate technical value.
• Set and monitor R&D activities to identify and prevent defects.
• Liaise with internal departments and clients to gather requirements and ensure communication.
• Work closely with the Managing Director to align progress with strategic goals.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Robotics, AI, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML, robotics, or technical project leadership.
• Strong knowledge of AI frameworks and tools including ROS, CNN, YOLO.
• Understanding of software architecture, design components, and interfaces.
• Experienced in team leadership, and cross-functional coordination.
• Proficient in project management tools and methodologies.
