Business Development

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities across Telecommunications, Renewable Energy (Solar), Data Centers, Railways, Smart Infrastructure, Drone Technologies, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and related industries.
• Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve sustainable revenue growth and expand the company’s regional market presence.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, technology partners, government agencies, contractors, and strategic stakeholders.
• Prepare high-quality proposals, tenders, and bidding documents that align with customer requirements and company objectives.
• Evaluate business opportunities by assessing commercial viability, project risks, investment returns, and profitability.
• Collaborate with engineering, technical, and project teams to develop competitive and innovative customer solutions.
• Prepare business forecasts, sales reports, pipeline updates, and strategic recommendations for executive management.
• Perform other strategic business development initiatives assigned by senior management.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Age: 40–50 years old
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Information Technology, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of proven experience in Business Development, Sales, Strategic Partnerships, or Commercial Management.
• Strong industry experience in one or more of the following sectors Telecommunications/ IT/Solar/Data Centers/ Railway Infrastructure/ Drone Technologies/ Artificial Intelligence (AI).
• Well-established network of customers, business partners, consultants, contractors, or government organizations within technology or infrastructure industries.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to evaluate business opportunities, commercial risks, and financial returns.
• Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Experience in contract management, tender preparation, and commercial bidding processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AI productivity tools to enhance business planning and proposal development.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Demonstrated ability to monitor key business metrics, track performance, and ensure alignment with organizational goals
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
