Provide technical consultation on pavement condition assessment
Analyze and review data related to: - Pavement Condition Index (PCI) - International Roughness Index (IRI) - Pavement distress characteristics, including road crack conditions
Validate methodologies, processes, and system outputs
Recommend improvements to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and overall performance
Support technical problem-solving and decision-making
Participate in scheduled consultation sessions

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering or a related field
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in engineering, analysis, or consulting
Strong knowledge of pavement evaluation (PCI, IRI, pavement distress / crack analysis)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts
