หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Manage projects to meet timeline, budget, and quality targets
• Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution
• Identify risks and resolve project issues effectively
• Support business development, client management, and sales activities
• Monitor team performance (workload, productivity, and project progress)
• Oversee both operations and administrative functions
• Drive project delivery and contribute to company revenue growth

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Operations, Business Development, Sales, Commercial, Project Management, or a related field.
• Experience in project-based businesses, engineering services, technology, infrastructure, or related industries.
• Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
• Experience managing team performance and driving continuous improvement.
• Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Good command of English is an advantage.
• Results-oriented with a strong commitment to achieving business objectives.
