หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Create and carry out sales plans and business strategies (short-term and long-term), including negotiating with clients
• Find new clients, explore new markets, and grow business opportunities while keeping a strong sales pipeline
• Lead project bidding (especially installation and project-based work) from start to contract signing, Study costs, customer budgets, market prices, competitors, and risks, Set pricing and business terms to stay competitive and profitable, Create the right business model for each project, Manage the full bidding process (from opportunity → proposal → negotiation → contract)
• Plan and apply strategies to increase the chances of winning bids
• Lead business negotiations with clients and partners to get the best results (revenue, profit, and risk control), Manage project profit and loss (revenue, cost, profit)
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients for long-term growth
• Work closely with technical teams to make sure solutions are competitive, practical, and low-risk

• Proven track record in: project bidding (especially installation), pricing strategy, winning deals, deal closing, and revenue generation
• Strong capability in commercial risk analysis and pricing strategy
• Good technical understanding to effectively work with engineering teams
• Good command of English (communication & reporting)
• Experience in Telecom, Solar, or Enterprise industries
