Senior Accountant

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Manage and oversee daily operations of the accounting department
• Handle accounts payable and receivable, including issuing invoices, tax invoices, receipts, and credit notes
• Monitor and record income and expenses, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Prepare and manage cash flow forecasts and financial planning
• Coordinate international transfers and banking transactions
• Review and manage subcontractor agreements and contracts
• Follow up on outstanding payments and handle debt collection processes
• Prepare warning letters and payment reminder letters to subcontractors or clients
• Liaise with external accounting firms and auditors for financial closing and auditing processes
• Prepare and submit tax-related documents to the Revenue Department (e.g., ภงด 1, tax filings, tax refunds)
• Manage social security and provident fund contributions
• Process and manage payroll
• Issue Purchase Orders (PO) for subcontractors and vendors
• Monitor project-related costs and overall company expenditures
• Prepare financial documents and reports for project bidding
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, financial regulations, and labor laws
• Provide financial analysis, insights, and recommendations to management
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams across multiple project sites

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Applicants aged 40 years and above are preferred
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting or finance (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of Thai taxation, including ภงด 1, social security, and revenue regulations
• Experience in cash flow management, financial reporting, and auditing coordination
• Understanding of labor law, provident fund, banking/loan processes, account
• Ability to handle multi-project environments and work across different sites
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Good command of English (both written and spoken) is an advantage
