General Administrative Officer (HR & Admin)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Support daily HR and administrative activities.
• Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
• Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing employment contracts and related documents.
• Support attendance, leave administration, and other HR operational tasks.
• Provide administrative support, including document filing, office coordination, and procurement activities.
• Prepare reports and administrative documents as required.
• Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong interest in Human Resources and Administration.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Canva.
• Good attention to detail and data entry skills.
• Well-organized, responsible, and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
