OSS Engineer

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Responsibilies : -Worst cell analysis and propose solution (3G and 4G) -OSS PAT report preparation -KPIs trend monitoring hourly/daily Qualification- • Experience in OSS Analysis at least 2 years • He or She Able to communicate and presentation with customers. • Good team player with excellent internal/external communication & coordination skills. • Able to recommend solutions that are beneficial to clients and teams. • If have experienced in Team Leader will be advantaged. • Good in verbal communication and written English. • Prefer Thai nationality.

•   Responsibilities:- He or She will be responsible for the following task. ·         OSS KPI Analyze and optimization ·         Worst cell analysis and propose solution ·         Discuss with customer to get approval on proposed solution ·         Compare statistics before and after parameter adjustment ·         Coordinate with drive test team to conduct drive test to verify some parameter adjustment if require ·         Monitor KPI as daily/weekly by cell and cluster basis   Requirements:- Age 25 to 38 years old with Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Telecommunication. 2-6 years experience in handling mobile network OSS KPI Good knowledge of Huawei hardware Able to carry out technical discussion with customer and provide solution. Able to work independently or team. Have some work experience with Huawei is advantage Good command of written and spoken English.
