Drive Test Analysis Engineer (DTA) - BMA Region

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Initiate and execute drive test routes to support Single Site Verification (SSV) testing and network optimization tuning activities.
• Facilitate the development of Problem Matrix Areas by analyzing drive test log files (PA Open) upon receipt of the log files or assignment from the DTA Team Leader.
• Conduct optimization tuning activities using analytic tools such as ACP, Genex Cloud, Assistance Lite, or other tools as required by the project team, through to PA Close. This process must be completed within twenty-one (21) days from PA Open. Deliver a comprehensive Change Request (CR) list, which may include electrical or mechanical tilt adjustments, azimuth modifications, and beam scenario configurations.
• Prepare and submit the PAT Report via Genex Cloud or other tools as required by the project team, to the customer within seven (7) working days following PA Close.
• Handle and resolve VIP complaints, as well as any special requests, within the designated cluster during the network optimization period.
• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by the company, aligned with departmental objectives.
• Regularly monitor engineering parameters, network-related configurations, alarm statuses, and cell resource availability. This includes pre-verification of network conditions prior to drive testing, as well as conducting prompt root cause analysis and implementing corrective measures as needed.

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• เพศชาย-หญิง อายุตั้งแต่ 25 - 45 ปีขึ้นไป
• วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรี สาขาโทรคมนาคม ไฟฟ้า, คอมพิวเตอร์ ,อิเล็กทรอนิกส์ เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศหรือสาขาอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษเบื้องต้นได้
• มีประสบการณ์ในการทำงาน DTA อย่างน้อย 3 ปีขึ้นไป (L2)
• มีความยืดหยุ่นในการทำงาน
• สามารถปฏิบัติงานที่อาคารชินวัตร ทาวเวอร์ 2 พหลโยธิน กรุงเทพมหานคร
