หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Responsibilities; -Issue invoinces/tax receipts and other related financial documents -Generate records for Cash-flow statement and account Receiveable/Payable -Record expenses and the use of of personal cash of employees General Administrative tasks; -Generate lists and records to manage several works, such as attendance tracker for employees, office admin, and ect. -Assist in the preparation of presentations and other materials as appropriate. -Maintain office supplies and coordinate maintenance of office equipment. -Public affairs related to Custom, Revenue Department -Perform other related duties as assigned

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Qualification; -Bachelor degree in Accounting or related field -At least 1-3 years' work experience in related position -Familar with Accounting procidure and knowledge in Thai Accounting Standard and Tax laws -Good command of spoken and written English -Proficient in MS office suit especially MS Excel -Good communication and interpersonal skills -Well organized, meticulous, analytical and able to work independently
