• Job Description:- • She/He will be responsible for the following task. • recruitment and retention • reward advice and support employee on company benefits • lead and direct the HR team to deliver a comprehensive HR to the company • And develop KPI for staff • Good experience in recruitment, training courses implementation, social insurance, • rules and regulations, company rules and regulations, insurance policy com, labor law, ISO 9001/2000

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Qualification:- • Age 30 to 40 years old • Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Human Resource Development, Human Capital and Organization Management or any field. • Applied Statistics, Applied Behavioral Science or any other related field is an advantage. • Minimum 3 years’ experience in the area of Human Resource Function • Hands-on experience in the application of assessment tools, applying assessment issue into recruitment and selection, succession planning, career development planning, competency development • Well-organized and highly self-disciplined • Fast learner and willing to learn new things • Good problem solving • Able to work independently or team. • Good command of written and spoken English.
