Responsibilities *(IT) Support & Resolve user issues – either basic or specific solutions support particularly IT automation system to comply with customer’s TOR. Troubleshooting and escalation were needed in IT products or/and solutions. *(IT) Manage all customer’s projects or requirements; Costing, Collaborative work with our in partner clearly and properly *(IT) Analyzing user requirements to comply with all products concerned; Security System (Cyber Security), RPA Automation, Bot solutions, etc., *(IT) Deploy with new automation solution, function platform, specific equipment, ect., *(IT) Ensuring continuous professional self-development. *(IT) Communicate with and follow the direction of the operation team *(IT) Engage and Meet with customers regularly; able to improvise for all kinds of customer’s problem which it is beyond an expectation. *(IT) Monitor and troubleshoot data exchange between headquarters and branches. manufacturing, and program managers, and externally with customers & vendors on technical and contractual issues;

Qualifications: -(IT) Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in computer engineer, computer science, IT or related field. -(IT) Experience in the deployment cost of the project. -(IT) A minimum of 2 years’ experience in IT solutions, Project or solution planning including costing and preparing for quotation or service proposal to the customer -(IT) Experience in POC, TOR, BOM (Electronic Bidding, Sealed Bidding, Sealed Auction or Tender Offers would be an advantage). -(IT) Experience in making a specification -(IT) Knowledge and understand in Cyber Security, RPA, System Automation, in Banking Automation, Port/Terminal Automation, would be an advantage. -(IT) Evaluate the job onsite and prior design for all solutions that concerned with customer’s requirements. -(IT) Immediate take action for supporting the customer at any time and excellent communication in English. Exceptional drive; passion; and outstanding verbal, written and presentation skill, including the ability to communicate with all levels of Executive/Senior staff and clients; Must be self-motivated, well organized and be able to work effectively both independently and as a pass of a team
