หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Managing the entire project delivery process and mobilizing resources to ensure the achievement of project goals.
• Coordinating customer and internal resources for the flawless execution of projects.
• Developing a detailed project plan to track progress.
• Providing weekly updates on project progress as per milestones to the PD and MD, and devising strategies to address problems and issues raised during meetings.
• Monitoring and controlling project revenue and expenses to ensure maximum effectiveness.
• Identifying and mitigating risks related to project delivery and solving problems as they arise.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction in project delivery and maintaining a good relationship with customers.
• Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation.
• Measuring project and team performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
• Conducting cost analysis, monitoring, and optimization management for the project.
• Supporting the bidding process for company projects.
• Handling other responsibilities or tasks as required by the company.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• More than 5 years in the telecommunications industry.
• Strong RF management skills, including coordinating and completing projects on time, within budget, and within scope.
• Experience in 3G/4G/5G RF Planning and Optimization, including Drive Test Analysis and OSS KPI Optimization.
• Cluster ownership and handling of customer complaints.
• Strong knowledge of mobile network technologies, particularly 3G, 4G, and 5G.
• A minimum of 5+ years of experience in 3G/4G/5G KPI monitoring, problem analysis, and worst cell optimization.
• Good understanding of technical principles and knowledge of 3G/4G/5G OSS KPIs, counters, formulas, network strategy, and related optimization solutions.
• Good communication in English. Others: Strong work ethic, result-oriented, hardworking, highly flexible for overtime, and able to work under high pressure.
