Marketing Coordinator

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Support Marketing and sales Team in all areas • Maintain inventory of sales support materials, ensuring all are current and accurate • Communicate campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables to sales team, and provide instructions for usage and promotion • Plan meetings, events and conferences by identifying requirements, establishing contacts, developing schedules and assignments by work closely to event/ organizer agency • Manage team and ensure through minuted meeting that agreed actions, event are implemented according to plan • Prepare and control event budget and related expenditures • Other duties as assigned

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or other relevant fields • Excellent communication and presentation skills, and well manage and coordinate with organizer • Experience in budgeting and forecasting • Able to work cohesively, detail-oriented, organized with the ability to multi-task • Strong in MS Office
