• Manage day to day operation of the Myanmar sales unit. • Maintain territory sales at or above the established sales goal. • Facilitating pre-sales and post sales activities such as sales calls, sales appointments, entertainment, presentations and closing sales. • Develop and utilize selling skills to identify and satisfy customer needs. • Build and maintain business relationship with customers and vendors. • Forecast and provide the management with regular updates and reports including sales forecasts, competitive analysis and opportunities. • Organizing Farmer meetings and product demonstration in the field. • Meeting new customers and generate the demand. • Executing new product launches and branding activities. • Support all marketing activities.

• Thai or Myanmar Nationality. • Age 25-35 years old. • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration , Agriculture or related fields. • At least 1 years experience in Sales or Marketing in Agro Chemical / Chemical Fertilizer product is an advantage. • Good Command in Burmese , Thai or English would be an advantage. • Strong negotiation , sales analysis and sales closing skills. • Strong computer literacy in Microsoft office. • Driver license. • Able to based in Myanmar
