Overall Scope of Work: 1. Marketing Specialist will be campaign owner : planning and executions and tracking all campaign both To-Customer and To-Partner 2. Marketing Specialist will focus on executions and tracking for FY15 campaign and activates: 2.1 Marketing Campaign Execution – Be a part of overall execution, mainly coordination and communication with vendor, targeted partners, internal team and distributors 2.2 Marketing Campaign Result tracking and analysis – Learn how to monitor result and develop result summary 2.3 On-site support and monitor for marketing activities i.e. events, seminars, media productions etc… 2.4 SMBD customer case studies development – Be a part of case study development planning, process and on-the-job execution 2.5 MSCOM SMB Site and Online activity – Monitor SMB Site, Subscriber, Monthly e-Newsletter, Facebook, Pinpoint and Result tracking 2.6 Customer Satisfaction Program – learn how to drive executions related to the CPE
