Technical Supervisor

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Ensure that all technicians are able to properly repair vehicles according to Lotus standards
• Responsible for following up on the decided team KPI’s and visualizing them on the Visual Planning board in the workshop.
• Train, support and advise the team to complete needed training and always be aware of safety working.
• Responsible for pre-checking and following the daily planning for the team, in order to predict the need for support.
• Monitor and evaluate all technicians daily, monthly and yearly basis
• Provide appropriate technical communication to customers if needed.
• Coordinating the improvement work in the workshop by following up what takes place in the workshop.
• Other duties as assigned by the line manager.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Power Technology or related field
• At least 5 years of experience in car maintenance
• Has experience in car maintenance and service with luxury and supercars is a plus
• Teamwork, strong interpersonal skills, and positive attitude
• Willing to learn new techniques and technologies, as well as ca can-do attitude
