Business Development Asst. up to Mgr. level(Domestic and International Business)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Domestic • Responsible for dealing & negotiation with landlords of existing stores on rental deals, contract renewal, termination, relocation, term revision, etc. • Ongoing negotiation with landlord and retail space in all format; shopping mall, hypermarket, online platform, or any third parties channel to ensure the best interest of the company. • Closely monitoring on rental efficiency & conduct regular business report for management. • In charge of new space exploration in all format as well as conduct location assessment for potential business opportunities. • Managing high level of relationship with landlord and tenant services of all store nationwide to ensure that our brand actively involved in local store campaign. • Cascade & Communicate with internal team and related department on responsible projects. • Special assign related to business development area. International • Oversee the development store expansion in oversea that align with the professional practice of headquarter as the end to end business development. • Leading, managing & monitoring multi-project development on network expansion including store design, decoration, construction, recruiting, training & store setting up. In-house professional and specialist is provided. • Acting as the key contact for international projects for the clients and ensure smooth co-ordination between headquarter team and client team. • Communicate with internal team to ensure that project development has been fulfilled.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• -3-5 years in business development in term of network expansion. •High level of negotiation skill •Able to travel oversea. •International experience is preferable. -Marketing Communication skill (English preferred). -F&B, Retail Restaurants Chain background is preferred. - Fluent in English and Thai language. - Good communications and interpersonal skill with various level / franchisees / partners / stakeholders. - Good in presentation skill. - Can work and manage duties / projects with under pressure base on timeline. - Positive and creative thinking, Can Do Attitude. - Can work in aboard for business trip base on assignment.
