หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Marketing and Communication Executive - (Online & Offline) • Report to the Marketing Manager Team and operationally run the Online Digital Platforms of CMS/CRM/Loyalty and Payments as a service to internal stakeholders.. • Actively identify and resolve issues that may impair teams’ ability to meet strategic, financial and technical goals. • Draw on analytical and quantitative skills to define the right success metrics and critical metrics to measure effectiveness. • Create content for the company's online media platforms and websites for all the brands and Content posting and scheduling. • Create online communication plans & content post plans. • Monitor all competitors' online movements and social trends. • Create, execute and monitor ad campaigns. • Manage online media buying. • Conduct ROI analysis and end of campaign report, including recommendation for a better result of the next ad campaigns. • Responsible for all online channels. • Work with brand managers, creative and CRM team to create online marketing campaigns. **Based on at Soi Pattanakarn 20 (Group Company of Mud & Hound PCL - Head Office)**

• Job Specifications • Proven success delivering high quality user experiences in a fast-paced, agile environment. Experience of orchestrating end-to-end functionality in an enterprise environment where different teams own different systems is a big plus. • Ability to apply strategic frameworks to evaluate concepts and to make well-thought through decisions on the problems to invest time and resources against. • Ability to understand and discuss technical concepts, address trade-offs and evaluate opportunistic new ideas with peers and partners. • Excellent written and oral communication skills, and the ability to adapt to your audience • An empirical mindset with a natural predilection to think through metrics, define the right metrics and hold teams accountable to tracking against these. • A high degree of self-awareness and a willingness to actively listen. • Highly ethical • Have a strong passion for food and products and stay motivated by the products Desired Skills and Experience Education • Bachelor’s degree in analytics, marketing, digital marketing and related fields. Experience • A minimum of 1-3+ years’ experience in product management, leading a portfolio of products and/or projects and driving them from inception through delivery.
