• Control and investigate the credit granted to the customers according to the Company’s credit policy. • Suspend the account that has a payment problem and notify concerned party. • Screen the orders that did not pass the credit check by the system speedily and efficiently. • Provide consultation to the customers in case the order did not pass the credit conditions. • Contact a customer directly or via a B/C to settle an overdue invoice. • Control and check the payment of C.O.D. invoice.
