Purchasing Officer

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• -Support the mission providing value-added purchasing activities with an emphasis on company spending analysis -Will be responsible for undertaking day-to-day activities related to the purchasing and administration of the company Duties and Responsibilities -Arranges vedor contracts, bargains for best costs, and observes quality of purchased -Prepares purchase requisition, Transportation and delivery document, and related letters or memos -Verifies order delivery and sends back inaccurate shipments -Contracts suppliers to obtain information on price, quality and delivery capabilities for the good/services they require -Creates Cash Voucher as charge allocation and submit to Manager to approve -Update Purchase Order and Maintains the work process to align wish ISO

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• -Bachelor’s degree -At least 1year of working experience in administrative and engineer purchasing function -Strong in organizational and communication skills -Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, vendors and contractors -Requires ability to understand spare part and equipment requirements and choose from several options.
