Principal Accountant

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• •Daily check principal invoices against purchase order •Record principal invoices to system •Issue credit note for value added services and reimbursements to principals •Perform distribution margin reconciliation to ensure that it in line with contract and process charge to principals •Prepare reports and submit to principals e.g. loan, guarantee, and spoiled goods, etc. •Follow up collection from principal for principal charges and reimbursements •Calculate standard cost for new create items or revised items •Ensure all key terms on payment/charge are complied with contract •Perform price revaluation for stock, where standard cost is revised •Prepare monthly statement and reconciliation •Closing other trade account payable and prepare account reconciliation •Coordinate with Inventory team for stock write-off •Being contact person for principal •Problem solving for day-to-day operation •Other duties as assigned. •Work collaboratively with team members when assigned to work as part of a team

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Bachelor’s Degree - Minimum 1-2 years working experience as Accounting Staff - Accounting knowledge - Excel modelling skills - Experience in accounting software
