1.Allocate A/R in the system as per documents received from E-Payment-customer 2.Review and identify discrepancy between AR balance and customer payment in system 3.Recheck the total A/R balance with the Accounting Department to ensure correctness. 4.Filing the A/R allocation relevant documents. 5.Confirm A/R E-payment outstanding balance whenever requested by a customer/audit 6.Preliminary identify high risk A/R balance and report to E-Payment Supervisior 7.Monitor & Follow up E-Payment customer who has long outstanding and overdue.
