• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing communications, making necessary adjustments for optimal ROI.
• Lead and manage the marketing team, providing coaching and developmental opportunities to enhance their skills and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with organizational objectives.
• Manage and optimize the marketing budget, ensuring maximum value is delivered for each dollar spent.
• Foster relationships with key industry players, agencies, and vendors to broaden brand reach and influence.

• Previous experience as a Product Manager is a significant advantage
• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
• Proficient in marketing automation systems and integrated marketing technologies.
• Adept at CRM software and digital marketing tools and techniques.
