Marketing Communications Officer (Thai & English Languages)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Write engaging content to market Jungceylon online and offline media • Translate various kinds of documents from Thai to English • Regularly post and schedule content on Jungceylon social media feeds • Produce regular reports on social media performance • Responding to customer questions and requirements • Produce and distribute correspondence memos and letters • Work with our Marketing team to moderate and respond to comments and interact with followers to best develop our online communities • Work closely with graphic designer team for making an artworks to promote in both of online and offline • Build relationship with outsource agencies • Collaborate with team in preparing event, budgets and monitoring expenses Qualification • Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Requirement • Bachelor's Degree in related field • Knowledge of using online social media such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Line OA, Weibo • High communication skills in Thai and English both oral and written • Knowledge of using MS word, Power Point, Excel • Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability • Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a digital media specialist is a plus
