• Take off and estimating • Arrange preparation of certification • Arrange preparation of variation orders • Analyze quality of work from subcontractors • Recommend sub contractor payment certificate • Negotiation with consultant and designer for monthly certification and client final account • Check quality of work from subcontractors • Analyze tender document and construction document • Train and supervise QS team • Perform other related duties as assigned

• Thai Citizen. • Bachelor degree in Civil or Architect or related qualification • 5-7 years experience • Knowledge of Excel, CCS • Good knowledge in construction schedule and method • Good communication skills • Understand QS process • Ability to speak and write English. (TOEIC test greater than 500)
