Engagement Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Manage project and/or project team to ensure that project deliverables and milestones are completed within committed timeline • Work with clients (management, IT, end users) to gather and understanding high-level business requirements and translate them into project scope, timeline and resource plans • Manage a team of clients users and project to ensure that they delivery information needed for project implementation • All other day to day monitoring and controlling project by focusing on-time and on-budget • Manage & monitor engagement issues and escalate them to engagement committee when necessary • Deliver professional presentation to client • Deliver project within cost, timeline and quality standard • Manage risks with mitigation plan • Manage changes to the project without unduly affecting the stated objectives and benefits • Regular and timely reporting of project progress to the management

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Very detail oriented and highly analytical • Project Management and consulting • Understand telecom pricing, tariff, rate, mobile promotion, mobile rate is highly desirable • Accounting Background with a lot of customer interface experiences • Background in Telecommunication and/or big consulting firm is preferable • Bachelor or Master in business administration, IT, computer science, Computer Engineering or other related fields. MBA/MIS is a plus • Experience in System Analysis & Design or Consulting or System Integrator experience is a plus • Healthcare, Call Center, Consumer Finance, Banking, Telecom business will be a plus
