หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Oversee overall process of creating and improving new product characteristics to attract customer and support gross sales - Participate in analyzing data to support setting up policies and strategies for product development to support marketing, buying, and merchandising effectively - Examine and evaluate the quality of the products to find for improvement and development effectively - Monitor researching for new market trends to gain a competitive edge on other designs and increase sale volume - Communicate and deal with complaints or needs from customers to analyze and gain a vision to satisfy the expectation in term of products - Liaise with engineers and related functions to create rough specifications of new products - Monitor making summary reports of operations of product development to gradually improve performance of the product developers and managers as well as the quality of the products - Take care and advise product developers and managers to ensure effective performance and promotion preparation

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ
