Assistant Visual Merchandising Manager (The Body Shop)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Visual Merchandiser Responsibilities: Creating and implementing a visual merchandising strategy for the store, matching with Beauty Business. Ensuring the strategy is in line with the store’s brand, products, and target market. Generating sketches of visual displays that meet the store’s visual design requirements from Principle. Finalizing designs and creating detailed for display areas. Sourcing the props, creative materials, and accessories for displays to keep the excitement at the store as well as matching the direction from Principle. Installing and setting up window displays and in-store displays. Changing displays to promote new product launches or to reflect all year round gifting festive or seasonal themes, especially Beauty Business. Ensuring uniformity of displays across all store locations with different store types. Liaising with retail team, marketing teams, and international retail merchandisers, when necessary. Monitoring costs and working within budget. Researching lifestyle and design trends that will inform the visual merchandising strategy. Managing and implementing the perfect visual merchandising at all stores by communicating and advising with Beauty Advisors to all stores.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• -Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communications, spatial design, interior design, retail management, or a related field. -Proven work experience as a Graphic Designer or Visual Merchandiser. -Comprehensive portfolio of relevant visual design work. -Experienced at using Adobe Creative Suite programs, such as Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, or other visual design tools. -Proficiency in MS Office Suite. Working knowledge of current visual merchandising trends and best practices. -Ability to analyze sales merchandising reports and survey results. Strong communication and interpersonal skills in -English. -Good multi-tasking management -Can do attitude and good team player
