Head Bucher Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• -Manage a team-leading by example and providing ongoing training and motivation to staff, department managers at the store. -Deliver an outstanding experience to all customers. Head Bucher experience. -All due diligence – health and safety, food safety etc. -Monitoring sales and margin performance and taking action to ensure targets are met -Stock control -Participating in stockades, meetings and training as required. Be the Professional Trainer & Facilitator.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• -Bachelor degree for Business Administration or related field. -3 years working experience and knowledge in retail business. -Characteristics/Skills: - Coaching Skills ,Presentation Skills - Leadership, Interpersonal skill and commercial skill. - Able to communicate in English / Thai - Computer Literature - Flexible and can work under pressure.
