• 1. Manage and direct the Retail Marketing strategic roll-out plans per customer by focusing on a more promotional calendar approach. 2. Data & Insights collection on Digital channels 3.Project Management of Innovation projects with special focus on Digital and offline channels 4.Customer Experience Management 5. Work closely with operations teams and other teams to influence, prioritize requirements recognizing the market needs 6.Develop a design-first, results-focused sale strategy and roadmap. 7.Collaborate with other departments to manage company reputation, coordinate promotions, and increase reach

• 1. Have analytical and planning skills 2. Have problem-solving skill 3. Have communication skills, including English skills 4. Have service mind 5. Able to work 6 days a week (without a weekend break) and work in shifts.
