SME Sourcing Manager (เซ็นทรัล แจ้งวัฒนะ)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Screen and select applicants from Tops Tongtin platform for further validation and development. • Desk research of new potential SME suppliers to invite to apply to Tops Tongtin. • Communication with SME suppliers for selection / rejection, clarification of supplier info, as well as samples and pricing. • Coordinate with Local Sourcing Team and QA for site checks and supplier validation. • Coordinate with trade team for existing SME supplier conversion to Tongtin, multi dept tasting panels and commercial strategy. • Manage SME buying managers for efficient supplier registration, product listing and ordering. • Product performance review for assortment strategy adjustment. • Evaluate market trends and competition to maintain optimal assortment strategy. • Build and maintain relationships with SME partners.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Bachelor's degree or Master's Degree in related field. • Minimum of 5 years experiences in Buying / Merchandising / Sourcing for Food Product and 1-3 years of team management. • Characteristics/Skills: motivated, multi tasker, communication, teamwork, planning / analytical skills, negotiation skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel / PowerPoint). • Be passionate about SME Product and interest in developing SME partners. • Languages: Thai and English
